In 2011, we opened up shop. Partnering with carriers to offer a broad appetite of insurance options for a multitude of industries, we have succeeded in helping clients protect their organizations. As entrepreneurs, we have extensive experience in all facets of running a business as well as a strong desire to see other entrepreneurs succeed. Coming from large Manufacturing & Financial backgrounds, we have unique insight into many industries and business in general which is a rarity for an insurance brokerage.
Throughout our years working with business owners, we realized that most small businesses don’t have the resources or time to adequately insulate themselves against issues stemming from their greatest asset – their labor force. In 2018, we put together tools & resources (backed by 20 years of HR experience) to help our clients further mitigate risk and created HR Support, a program customizable to fit any business.
